Good Room, Great Location

My room was large and very bright. A desk, a TV, and two chairs sat there. I saw many utensils and crockery were available for cooking. Staff showed friendly faces and were very helpful, I had no problems getting into the hotel after hours. I noticed leaflets about things to do in the area.
The room I had was a small. There was considerable noise, and the showerhead was broken.

I observed several facilities available. There was a communal kitchen with a stove and microwave. A vending machine offered drinks, and I noted an ice machine was available and free WiFi was available .

I really enjoyed the hotel's location. It was perfect for exploring. the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay! my room had a coffee machine, a great bonus (i really needed that morning caffeine).
the late check-in key was a bit of a hassle and did not work properly. i had to try it multiple times to open the door, inconvenient, especially after using the shared facilities.

the staff was helpful with directions.
I found the room quite basic and not particularly well kept. the furniture felt old, and the general cleanliness was lacking. The floor looked not to have been properly cleaned. also, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. I requested a quieter room but none was available.

The room offered ample space. A desk, a TV, and two chairs were available. The location is convenient near to transport links. The free transport pass provided easy access to the surrounding area.
Communication regarding check-in was unclear. I was reassured that an automatic message for check-in would arrive after 8 PM, it never came. The bathroom had little light at night. The crumbling counter around the sink needed repair.
